Help us support our volunteers so they can keep guiding, empowering and inspiring.

Volunteer guides help visually impaired skiers experience the joy of the outdoor, the thrill of skiing, and the power of connection.

As SFL is a not-for-profit organization, volunteer guides shoulder the financial costs associated with their participation. This can limit volunteer participation and in turn, restrict the number of individuals we can serve.

Additionally, it should also be noted that most of our current volunteers are retired seniors. As part of SFL’s sustainability plan, it is equally important to invest in attracting young enthusiastic volunteers .
