Ski for Light Canada is pleased to be hosting 2 events in 2027!

We will be opening registration in September of 2026 for the Ski For Light Canada 2027 signature event in Canmore, Alberta.

We will be opening registration in October of 2026 for the Ski for Light Borealis 2027 event, being held at the Strathcona Wilderness Centre, east of Edmonton.

What to Expect

Cozy accommodation and delicious meals
Beautifully groomed ski trails, lessons, races, music jams, auctions, and more!
A vibrant community of skiers and guides from across Canada and around the world

Ski for Light Canada 2027 will be organizing an optional Guide Orientation Session for new guides.
The Guide orientation Sessions will take place prior to the start of each event.

Ski for Light Canada will again be pleased to offer financial assistance to a limited number of Canadian residents for 50% of the registration fee.
You are still responsible for membership dues, equipment rentals, transportation and all other costs.
For those participants who may need additional financial assistance, please contact us and we will do our best to make it as affordable as possible for you. Please send us an email to treasurer@skiforlight.ca.
